The North Carolina General Assembly changed North Carolina’s law regarding sexuality education in public schools in 2009. APPCNC was proud to lead the advocacy efforts that led to the passage of the Healthy Youth Act. APPCNC is ready and able to work with school systems, parents and communities to help them understand and implement the requirements of the Healthy Youth Act.
